Rental Application
Application Process:
The application processing fee is $20 per applicant unless the applicants are husband and wife, then there will only be one application processing fee. The fee is due before processing begins. The processing includes a credit check, employment verification, and verification from previous landlords. Credit reports are reviewed, income is reviewed, and a decision will be made. If there are numerous applications, a decision will be based on the best applicant.
